Motofil presents its innovative solutions for offshore tower production at WindEurope 2024
Motofil was present at another edition of WindEurope in Bilbao from 20 to 22 March, one of the world’s most important events in the renewable energy sector, which was attended by more than 10,000 industry professionals.
At WindEurope, Motofil demonstrated its continued dedication to offering innovative and efficient solutions for the wind industry. During the event, the company presented a diverse range of products and technologies that allow any company in the market to equip a complete factory to produce wind towers and monopiles, from the beginning to the end of the entire production process.
Sérgio Ribau, Motofil’s CEO, emphasized the importance of “energy as one of the most structural factors in the economy. Renewable energies, including wind power, contribute to energy autonomy while reducing carbon emissions”, he said.
“Motofil is one of the few companies in Europe with the know-how and production capacity to manufacture the equipment needed to produce wind tower structures. Taking part in this event means being at the forefront of technology in this sector too”, said the CEO.
With European policies driving significant investments in the offshore energy sector, options that have led to the development of increasingly large offshore wind towers, Motofil has positioned itself as a strategic partner for companies looking for wind tower manufacturing and assembly solutions that keep pace with growth and demands in terms of diameter and weight.
Motofil’s presence at this edition of WindEurope provided a valuable opportunity to establish and strengthen relationships with different players in the wind tower manufacturing industry, as well as to exchange knowledge and experiences with professionals and experts in this field.
With an ongoing commitment to excellence and sustainability, Motofil continues to position itself as an important contributor to the advancement of the global wind industry.
