Mature Capital marks its fourth anniversary in September 2026.<\/p>\n

Mature Capital focuses exclusively on wind energy projects. The company was founded by Habib Babacan, an experienced professional in T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s wind energy sector.<\/p>\n

Mature Capital provides investors with management and strategic advisory services in wind project mergers and acquisitions, project development, portfolio creation and development, as well as executive-level decision support for wind turbine procurement, construction and electrical works during tendering and construction.<\/p>\n

15 investors, 22 consultancy projects<\/h2>\n

Over the past four years, Mature Capital has completed 22 consultancy projects for 15 wind energy investors. These include established investors with multiple wind farms and industrial companies seeking to generate electricity for their own consumption. The client base also includes Turkish investors expanding internationally and investors with whom Mature Capital collaborated throughout the development of wind-plus-storage project portfolios.<\/p>\n

Mature Capital provided management support to established investors by helping to optimise ongoing activities, assess challenges from different perspectives, share insights into market segments outside their current operations, and develop solutions to project-specific issues.<\/p>\n

The company also provided executive-level management support to industrial investors seeking to meet their electricity needs by installing one or two turbines. This support covered the selection of appropriate consultancy services, feasibility studies and turbine selection.<\/p>\n

As interest among Turkish investors in overseas wind energy investments has increased, Mature Capital has supported project-specific requirements and, together with its teams, conducted technical, legal and commercial reviews.<\/p>\n

For wind-plus-storage portfolio development, Mature Capital provided executive-level management support through direct involvement in investor projects. The work included consolidating and interpreting advice received across multiple disciplines, identifying gaps between consultancy scopes, guiding project progress and determining priority actions.<\/p>\n

Over the past four years, Mature Capital has worked with different investor groups across the sector, providing services for 22 wind projects with a combined installed capacity of 860 MW.<\/p>\n
