The plans have been on public display for 15 days starting 2 October 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project site in Yenice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the ministry\u2019s announcement dated 2 October 2026, the project is located within the boundaries of Yenice neighbourhood in P\u0131narhisar. Its 1\/5,000-scale master zoning plan (N\u0130P PIN: 001149408) and 1\/1,000-scale implementation zoning plan (U\u0130P PIN: 001149409) were approved by ministerial decision No. 426502 dated 24 September 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The approval was granted under the Regulation on Zoning and Permit Procedures for Wind- and Solar-Based Electricity Generation Facilities, published in the Official Gazette No. 33319 on 24 July 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where the plans can be viewed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the display period, the plans can be viewed in the \u201cZoning Plans on Display\u201d section of the ministry\u2019s website, on the notice board at the entrance floor of the ministry\u2019s main building and in the e-plan system (e-plan.gov.tr).
