According to the list published by the Ministry, 12 companies with a total of 29 applications have qualified to take part in the seven competitions, which will allocate 1,500 MWe of grid connection capacity in total.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under the Ministry Competition Commission&#8217;s notice dated 19 October 2026, the competitions will be held within the framework of the wind energy YEKA competition announcement published in T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;s Official Gazette No. 33307 of 11 July 2026. The sessions will take place in Meeting Hall No. 1 of Block E at the Ministry&#8217;s headquarters in \u00c7ankaya, Ankara.<\/p>\n<h2>Order of competitions and capacities<\/h2>\n<p>The competitions will be held in the following order. Capacities and application numbers are taken from the participant list published by the Ministry:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R26-Sivas RES:<\/strong> 320 MWe, 4 applications<\/li>\n<li><strong>R26-Bal\u0131kesir-1 RES:<\/strong> 140 MWe, 4 applications<\/li>\n<li><strong>R26-Bal\u0131kesir-2 RES:<\/strong> 235 MWe, 4 applications<\/li>\n<li><strong>R26-Bal\u0131kesir-3 RES:<\/strong> 170 MWe, 4 applications<\/li>\n<li><strong>R26-Bal\u0131kesir-4 RES:<\/strong> 140 MWe, 5 applications<\/li>\n<li><strong>R26-Manisa RES:<\/strong> 235 MWe, 4 applications<\/li>\n<li><strong>R26-K\u00fctahya RES:<\/strong> 260 MWe, 4 applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualified companies<\/h2>\n<p>The companies on the list are \u0130\u015f Enerji Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131, Ecogreen Elektrik Enerji \u00dcretim, Metg\u00fcn Enerji Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131, Egesa Elektrik \u0130n\u015faat Enerji \u00dcretim, Binres Elektrik \u00dcretim, Limak Yenilenebilir Enerji, Poyraz Yenilenebilir Enerji \u00dcretim, Eksim Enerji, FE Giri\u015fim Enerji \u00dcretimi \u0130n\u015faat ve D\u0131\u015f Ticaret, Emba Elektrik \u00dcretim, RHG Enert\u00fcrk Enerji \u00dcretim ve Ticaret and Al-Yel Elektrik \u00dcretim. Metg\u00fcn Enerji Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 appears in all seven competitions and Egesa in five. R26-Bal\u0131kesir-4 RES has the highest number of applications, with five companies competing.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry stated that authorised representatives of the applicants must attend with their signature circulars, letters of authority or powers of attorney, and company seals.<\/p>\n<h2>Preliminary document check held on 13 October<\/h2>\n<p>According to a Ministry notice dated 13 October 2026, the preliminary document check for the YEKA RES-2026 and YEKA GES-2026 competitions was carried out at 13:00 that day in the Block E Conference Hall in the presence of the applicants.
