In the budget, it&#8217;s estimated that CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0emissions will rise by a projected 2.7 percent this year. It corresponds to \u00a0an uncertainty range between 1.8 percent and 3.7 percent.<\/p>\n<p>In 2017, carbon emissions grew by 1.6 percent after a three-year hiatus.<\/p>\n<p>The budget was published today in\u00a0Earth System Science Data.
