This Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice is provided under Article 10 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about the personal data processed through ruzgarenerjisi.com.tr (the “Site”). Details on cookies are in our Cookie Policy. The Turkish version prevails in case of discrepancy.

Please do not share special categories of personal data (health, religion, political opinion, biometrics, etc.) in our forms. Before uploading photos, we recommend removing location (EXIF) data.
3. Recipients
- The company or training organiser you contact: only the one you choose, to handle your request.
- Hosting: the Site is hosted on servers in Türkiye (Alastyr Telekomünikasyon A.Ş.).
- Competent public authorities: where legally required.
- Google (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.): only if you allow analytics cookies, for Google Analytics statistics.
We never sell or rent your data.
4. Transfers abroad
If you allow analytics cookies, visit statistics are processed by Google Analytics on servers outside Türkiye, relying on the safeguards under KVKK Article 9 (standard contracts). Without your consent, no data is sent to Google. YouTube videos and the interactive wind farm map are not loaded until you click to play the video or open the map; when you do, YouTube (Google) and OpenStreetMap serve content directly to your browser under their own policies.
5. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and erasure or destruction under Art. 7, and notification of these to third parties; to object to an adverse outcome resulting solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. You may withdraw any consent at any time; for cookies, use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page.
6. How to apply
Send your request with information that verifies your identity, in writing to the address above, by email to info@monetatanitim.com from the address registered with us, or by secure e-signature or registered electronic mail (KEP). Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access authorisation, regular backups and anti-spam and abuse controls.
8. Changes
We update this notice when our processing changes. The current version is always published on this page.
