ABP TDS Engineering is expanding its manufacturing capabilities in wind turbine tower components, supported by international references, certified production processes and scalable capacity.

ABP TDS Engineering applies an integrated engineering approach across its conveying, storage and industrial manufacturing operations, covering processes from raw material intake to final product storage.

With more than 40 years of industrial experience, the company focuses on product precision, operational continuity and efficiency. Equipment manufacturing and plant installation are managed within the same engineering framework, supporting greater control over field performance.

Growing presence in wind energy

ABP TDS Engineering entered the energy sector in 2016 and has since focused on wind turbine components.

The company manufactures welded and non-welded internal and external tower components, combining its steel and aluminium processing expertise with the technical requirements of the wind industry.

To date, ABP TDS Engineering has produced components for more than 1,500 wind turbines. Its customer references include Nordex, Enercon, Vestas and Siemens, reflecting its participation in the international wind energy supply chain.

Certified and scalable production

ABP TDS Engineering holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, TS EN ISO 3834 and TS EN 1090 certifications. These standards cover quality management, environmental performance, occupational health and safety, welding quality and structural steel production.

The company currently has the capacity to manufacture and dispatch up to 90 sections per week, providing a scalable production structure for wind energy and industrial projects.

Beyond wind energy, its portfolio includes conveyor systems, steel silos, grain drying equipment and project-specific steel fabrication solutions.

With its certified manufacturing infrastructure, growing wind energy experience and international customer references, ABP TDS Engineering is continuing to strengthen its role as a supplier to both the energy sector and wider industrial markets.
