Yenice EDT Wind Project Zoning Plans on Display

Türkiye’s Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources has approved the zoning plans for the Yenice EDT RES wind power plant project planned in the Pınarhisar district of Kırklareli province. The plans have been on public display for 15 days starting 2 October 2026.

According to the ministry’s announcement dated 2 October 2026, the project is located within the boundaries of Yenice neighbourhood in Pınarhisar. Its 1/5,000-scale master zoning plan (NİP PIN: 001149408) and 1/1,000-scale implementation zoning plan (UİP PIN: 001149409) were approved by ministerial decision No. 426502 dated 24 September 2026.

The approval was granted under the Regulation on Zoning and Permit Procedures for Wind- and Solar-Based Electricity Generation Facilities, published in the Official Gazette No. 33319 on 24 July 2026.

Where the plans can be viewed

During the display period, the plans can be viewed in the “Zoning Plans on Display” section of the ministry’s website, on the notice board at the entrance floor of the ministry’s main building and in the e-plan system (e-plan.gov.tr). The announcement does not give the project’s installed capacity, any storage capacity or the developer.
