The Nordex Group will supply and install four N163/6.X and two N175/6.X turbines for Navaris’ 42 MW Lambacher Höh wind farm in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate. The order also includes a 20-year Premium Service contract.
In an announcement dated 29 September 2026, the Nordex Group said it has received a new order from Navaris in Germany. The order relates to the 42 MW Lambacher Höh wind farm project being built in Rhineland-Palatinate and covers the supply and installation of four N163/6.X turbines and two N175/6.X turbines.
Alongside the turbine supply, the agreement includes a 20-year Premium Service contract. The financial value of the order was not disclosed.
Turbines to be installed on hybrid towers
The wind farm is being built southwest of Bitburg, close to the Luxembourg border. The Nordex Group will install all of the turbines on hybrid towers: the four N163/6.X units at a hub height of 164 metres and the two N175/6.X units at a hub height of 179 metres.
According to the schedule shared by the company, installation of the first turbine is planned for January 2028, with full commissioning of the wind farm scheduled for July 2028.
Fourth project with Navaris in Germany
Navaris is Qualitas Energy’s German renewable energy platform and has operated under this name since 17 September 2026. It belongs to the Spain-based Qualitas Energy Group, an internationally active investment and asset management company focused on renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure.
Lambacher Höh marks the Nordex Group’s fourth collaboration with the project developer in Germany. In March 2026, the Nordex Group received a 56 MW order from the same group for a project in Hesse.
Navaris acquires, develops, builds and operates projects in Germany, taking responsibility across the entire value chain. Its project pipeline at an advanced stage of development exceeds 3 GW, of which more than 1.3 GW is already under construction or in operation. The company employs more than 200 people at six locations: Berlin, Hamburg, Wiesbaden, Trier, Cologne and Stuttgart.
Both companies highlight long-standing partnership
Johannes Overbeck, CEO of Navaris, said the Lambacher Höh wind farm is another project implemented through the company’s German platform and one that strengthens regional renewable energy generation. He described the collaboration with the Nordex Group as being defined by technological quality, partnership, reliability and a shared ability to deliver, qualities he considers essential for advancing the energy transition in Germany.
Karsten Brüggemann, Vice President Region Europe of the Nordex Group, said the company is pleased to work on another project with a long-standing customer. He noted that the order underlines the customer’s confidence in Nordex turbine technology and in the long-term partnership, and that the N163/6.X and N175/6.X turbine types offer an optimal solution for the Lambacher Höh site. Brüggemann added that modern wind turbines contribute not only to decarbonisation but also to security of supply.
Since 1985, the Nordex Group has commissioned more than 64 GW of wind power capacity in over 40 markets and generated consolidated sales of around EUR 7.6 billion in 2025. The company has more than 11,100 employees and a manufacturing network with factories in Germany, Spain, Brazil, India and the USA. Its product portfolio focuses on onshore turbines in the 4 to 7 MW+ classes.
